To specific, 18 publication newspapers, magazines were provided including: 

1. The Ethnic Minority Development Newspaper provides for the People’s Committee in commune in the ethnic minority and mountainous areas, hamlet in special difficulty in three areas: I, II, III and Khmer pagoda.
2. Ethnic Minority Reviews provides for the People’s Committee in commune in the ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
3. The specialize topic “Minority and Mountainous Ethnic Groups” on the daily People newspaper provides for influencial individuals in the ethnic minority communities.
4. The major “Unity and Development” on the Communist magazine provides for influencial individuals in the ethnic minority communities.
5. The major “Minority and Mountainous Ethnic Groups” on the People’s Representative Newspaper provides for the People’s Committee in commune in the ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
6. The major “Minority and Mountainous Ethnic Groups” in the Great Unity provides for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Specially Dificult Hamlet Mission Front Board in commune in the area III and Khmer pagoda.
7. The major “Minority and Mountainous Ethnic Groups” in the Rural Area Nowadays Newspaper provides for the Farmers Association in the area III, Specially Dificult Farmers Branch in commune 3 in the area I, II, III.

The budget providing the publication newspapers, magazines from the central bank will guarantee and be arranged in the annual estimate of the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs.
