Attending to the Conference, there are: Dang Tien Hung, Deputy Director General, Deputy Chief of Office operating Program 135 (CEMA); Pham Thi Phuoc An, Deputy Director General of The Department of Locality II (CEMA), IT engineer of the Information Centre; leader’s representative of National Department and over 100 officials followed, reported Program 135 of National Department, National Office of 16 province in Central Vietnam and Tay Nguyen.

Representatives attended to the Conference were listened to the engineer of Information Centre instructing the content and general reporting form of Program 135 in all levels; generally introducing the the general reporting software system of Program 135 in all levels. Thereafter, representatives had practiced in computer about the general reporting software system of Program 135 in district level; rendering the data in district level and summarising data in province level; rendering the data in province level.

The representatives were also instructed to practice on computer how to download, install the program and execute the operation and solved all the questions in the executing progress in the reporting system of Program 135.

On October 26^th, the organization broad continued the training how to report and the general reporting software system of Program 135 to leader, expert in The Department of Locality II of CEMA.
