The Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman Ha Hung asked, supported people being affected by flash flood in Muong La
09:55 AM 22/11/2017 Views: 2874 PrintOn August 8th, the Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman Ha Hung led the delegation of the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs to give 200,000,000 VND to people who affected by flash flood in Muong La (Son La province). This is the money donated by cadres, officials, employee of CEMA to support people being affected by flash flood.
The Delegation checked the landslide area and infrastructures damaged by flash flood. Seeing the damages to human and matter, the Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman Ha Hung shared difficulties, loses which people and local authority have to face. He also suggested the local authority needs to find solutions to overcome difficulties; support, ask to encourage people overcome those.
The Delegation also asked and supported 6,000,000 VND to two sisters: Song Thi La Nhia (13 years old) and Song Thi Hua (10 years old) living in Pung Quai village, Chien Sang commune who were injured and treated in Muong La General District Hospital. The Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman Ha Hung asked their health to encourage their family members as well as suggest doctors, nurses in Muong La General District Hospital give effort to treat injured cases, help them to heal faster.
According to the statistic of People’s Committee of Muong La district, after the flash flood occurred in the night of August 2nd, dawn of August 3rd killed 10 people, missing 5 people and 12 individuals injured. The overall damage has been estimated at 700 billion VND. Until now, Muong La district received approximately 10 billion VND from individual’s units, organization.
