Accordingly, every year, four to five talents in each field will participate in domestic and international contests, performances and exhibitions in culture and arts.

By 2025 about 1,800 students will be enrolled in universities, 200 to colleges and 1,500 to vocational schools in trained fields of the project.

There will be full-time training course in Vietnam, including short-term training time in foreign countries and participation in contests, performances, exhibitions and creative camps in Vietnam and foreign countries; and linking training with prestigious establishments in foreign countries.

Starting from 2017, the recruitment at university will be nearly 185 students in the fields of music, fine arts, stage, cinema and literature; about 20 targets of dancing, vocational training at the college and nearly 150 targets in terms of music, dance and circus./.
