The Politburo issued Conclusion No. 40-KL/TW dated June 2, 2026, on amendments and supplements to the Regulations on Staffing Management of the Political System, staffing allocations for 2026, and orientations for the 2027–2031 period. The Conclusion provides an important basis for further reforming the approach to staffing management, making a decisive shift from headcount-based management towards national human resource governance and linking staffing allocations with the effective use of every allocated staff post.
